At CAMEL OUTDOOR, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are committed to making the process as seamless as your next adventure.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and secure it to the outside of your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags and protective packaging are included inside.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
